Refund Policy


We want you to be satisfied so all eligible purchases of Trade Like A Pro can be refunded any time during the first week. For whatever reason, if you feel the course is not of value, you may request a 100% refund. 

Once the course has entered the second week of instruction, refunds are not normally given. If there are extenuating circumstances and you are unable to complete the class you have registered for, you may be offered the opportunity to defer your enrollment to the next cohort of Trade Like A Pro. Please send an email to [email protected] to discuss extenuating circumstances.


How to submit a refund request

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. 

To request your refund, please email [email protected] with the following information:

  1. The name and email address used to purchase your seat in Trade Like A Pro
  2. The reason why you’re requesting a refund for the course. The information you provide can help Lloyd Williams improve future iterations of Trade Like A Pro.


Refund status

After you’ve submitted your refund request, your request will be sent to my Online Business Manager who will process your refund. You will also be sent an email confirming that your refund request has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

Refund requests are submitted immediately to your payment processor or financial institution after LloydWilliams.co has received and processed your request. It may take five to ten business days to post the funds in your account, however, depending on your financial institution.

I requested a refund more than 10 business days ago, but I still do not see it in my bank account. Where is my refund?

As noted above, it may take five to ten business days to post the funds in your account after LloydWilliams.co has processed your refund request, depending on your financial institution. Some refunds, however, may not post to your account for up to 15 business days. If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was processed by LloydWilliams.co, please contact your bank directly to inquire about the status of the refund. If the bank does not see the refund in their records, please contact our support team at [email protected]
